Tecate, the event's official sponser, with GPLegacy Ltd. presented rFactor during the SIAM 2005 event allowing such Latin American drivers as Homero Richards and Eduardo Goeters the chance to drive the simulation in front of major auto manfucturers.
GPLegacy Mexico showed off their new raceframe, dubbed Antartida, to the onlookers.
